Title: Snowden on Fire!
Post by: Nitro Fish on February 22, 2009, 11:14:44 PM

Brian Snowden finishes 3rd in Bassmaster Classic, less than 2lbs behind the winner Skeet Reese.  Congrats Brian on your great finish, keep it up in the Elite Series.  ~c~ ~c~ ~c~

Hope the rest of his year goes like the first two tournaments he's fished this year. First at the PAA event and now a third at the classic.  ~c~

I was really impressed with the way he came back from the adversity of engine trouble on the final day.

He misses 3-hours of fishing time waiting on the replacement boat, falls out of the top ten in the process and then storms back to within 2 pounds of the biggest championship in fishing.

There are plenty of our members who can call him a friend. We all know that he is a good, down to earth guy.

He showed me that he's got what it takes to compete at the highest level.

I just wish the media would give him a bit more kudos for his accomplishments.
