Title: Fishing report for Kerr Scott in Wilkes NC?

Thinking of heading out to the lake tomorrow, wondering if anyone has fished this lake recently. I havent been on it for about 5 years now and wodering if anyone one could point me in the right direction. Any help would be great.

Hey Danny,
I like Kerr lake, has lots of fish in it, big ones too.
Last time for me was last year fishing a few tournaments.
Here is a few things i found for you:

Ft. Hamby and Smithy's Creek has good fish now and also left after narrow channel before 268 Bridge.
Many in muddy banks in fairly shallow water, 1 to 5 feet.
Shaky rigged trick worms in seedless watermelon, spinnerbaits,
5/16oz jigs - green pump with craw paca chunk, and a few 9" worm texas rigged
