Title: Has anyone tried the unpainted replica jerkbaits?
Post by: lousyfisher on December 22, 2009, 01:12:00 PM
I was looking on some of the tackle building supply sites and saw that there were replica lucky craft pointers for sale, has anyone tried these and are they any good?

yup, with the proper paint, hooks and some fine tuning, they work great.

What site did you see the replica pointers?  I wouldn't mind trying painting a few lures.  I always was a painter in school and would love to see if I still have the 'touch'.

24/7,  I can't remember what site I was on. I'm sure a google search will bring up plenty of options.
