Title: 5-22-10 Lake Lemon offers more challanges than launching/loading your boat
Post by: wayniac on May 30, 2010, 06:19:31 PM
It was a absolutely stunning day on Saturday May 22nd. Temperatures topped out at 78 degrees with some cloud cover early which eventually turned into a sunny warm day. 17 teams took to the water early saturday with high expectations based on some of the practice reports from earlier in the week. This day required everyone to change gameplans early in the day. Those that adjusted did well. The dock talk revealed that some fish was caught on Carolina rigs, deep cranks, frogs, and Texas rigged worms and Lizards. The next stop for the IBC is Mill Creek in Illinois. This is the first 2 day tournament of the season. Many teams circled this tournament on there calenders when the 2010 schedule came out last Winter. This shoud be an all out slugfest as many teams have a ton of experience and confidence in this lake. Stay tuned!!
