Title: wanted- Loch raven boat
Post by: DelMarAlan on November 22, 2010, 04:39:55 PM
Does anyone on this forum have a jon boat setup for loch raven that would like to go out this spring with me and my dad ? 30 $ for a jon boat from loch raven with just a jon boat isnt very good for bass fishing . Fine for sitting a pan fishing but nothing for trolling . Willing to pay a little bit if someone with a REAL electric motor has a jon and wants to look for some spawning bass .

I could take you guys out for a trip if you want.   The rental boats really dont cut it once you get in a real reservoir rig.  Fishing three in any bass boat isnt exactly the best scenario.  How big are you guys?  If you guys are smaller guys then three is fine but throwing three 220lb plus guys would be a stretch. I could probably arrange for one of my club guys to take your Dad?  This also might be better posted on the Maryland board.  Also I do have a friend looking to sell his boat if you are interested.  I actually built his boat and its pretty nice and reasonable price.
Thanks
