Where can i get some size 9 and size 10 hammered willowleaf blades.

Jann's has some #10 magnum muskie willow blades. You can also try Hagen's, Worth, Muskie Customs and Lakeland. Finally also try Rollie and Helens muskie shop. Hope you find what you need. If I think of more I will post it.
