I see quite a bit of posts about LSCR. I'm new here, so not sure what that is. So, what's an LSCR?

Yep. Most of us have just shortened the name. When we say custom, we mean it. There is really nothing Lee can't build within reason. Search some of the rods on the forum and see what he can do.

That's how you get hooked! I remember when I saw Lee pitching a jig behind our cabin at our first UB Guntersville rally. I had to take a second closer look at his rod (it was spiral wrapped). Lee explained how the spiral wrapped guides helped with torque and aided in fish control, then he handed it to me. I've held some mighty expensive rods and fished with a few but none of them were as light or well balance as what I was holding! Then he pulled off some line and walked away to show me how the fish pulling didn't torque on the reel.
There's no turning back now. $ lo $

I saved for a while and worked some OT and splurged on getting one. Since I splurged I got the best I could! Aka... $$$ lol
I have wanted one for about 2 years now and finally decided to get a custom rod. After seeing Lou's frog build be Lee.. I knew I had to have a LSCR one day.
Just to chime in on the price of an LSCR. When I ordered mine I told Lee what I was looking for he made some suggestions and we came to a price. I have (2) and both were different in price and like mentioned by the others once you get one and fish with it....Its all over you'll be ordering a 2nd one ~shade
