Title: Hello!
Post by: Acton on February 28, 2021, 07:34:58 PM
Hey guys!  This will be my third year fishing at the club level.  I learned a lot last year but due to COVID I didn't get to fish as many tournaments as I would have liked.  I'm a non-boater with a 14ft smokercraft and a 25hp evinrude.  I pre fish many of the tournaments I fish out of this and get a lot of practice out of it as well.  I hope to purchase a used bass boat in 1-2 years after I purchase a home.  I'd be in a house already if it wasn't for this crazy market!  I also work in the local emergency department as a registered nurse, and other then fishing I like to get on two wheels and cruise around on my motorcycle whenever I can!  Hope to learn a lot from you guys and nice to meet you!

Welcome to UB!!

You are getting a good start at club level. That is the first advice I would give anyone that wants to learn more about bass fishing.

Hey Acton. Welcome to the Ultimate Bass family! Pleasure to have you with us. Pull up a chair, make yourself right at home and jump in wherever you feel comfortable.

Thank you for being a nurse. You are on the forefront fighting this COVID situation and putting yourselves at risk everyday. It does not go unnoticed.

We love pictures around here. Please feel free to post some pics of your catches anytime in our  Catch of the Day  (https://www.ultimatebass.com/bass-fishing-forum/index.php?topic=148103.0) board.

We're looking forward to seeing you around the boards and to learning from what you share with us.

In the meantime, if you need any help with anything at all please don't hesitate to contact me or any other staff member.

Hi and Welcome!! I've fished from kayaks/paddle boats/john boats/canoes so don't let your smaller boat limit you! Where are you located? Maybe post in that forum area too and others can chime in.
