Back in June 2015 I purchased 2 new Duracell 31 series AGM batteries at Sam's club. They were roughly $400 for 2 with a 18 month replacement.
  As y'all know I was injured last June (2016) and the Ranger has been seriously neglected since then, to include the battery maintenance and charging.
  Found out both new batteries were pretty much destroyed and appeared to have sucked in on themselves (I know this sounds crazy but you had to see it to understand).  The center of the battery cases were about 2 inches in compared to the outside edges.
Anyways I couldn't find the receipt and I called Sam's club to see what the prorated policy was on them. Explained what happened with the spinal stuff and the battery issue and he asked for my member number to look up the purchase info.
  I gave him the number and he says your on the military membership and I think we can cover those batteries at full price, I'll print off the authorization and leave it at the CS desk for you since I won't be here and you can pick up 2 new ones. Thank you for your service and Merry Christmas!
  30 months on a 18 month battery !!!!
  Dad hauled them big heavy suckers in today and we got 2 brand new ones.
    So anyways Mike C always says get your batteries at Walmart cause there's one on every corner but don't overlook Sam's cause there's usually one pretty close as well and as you can see very good customer service.

Yeah I was floored for sure ! I figured I'd have to pay a pretty good chunk with it being that far out but nope.  Needless to say all my batteries are inside now until me and the docs figure out the next step in my fishing chronicles lol.
