wireguard football jigs

I am looking for someone who makes 1/8 oz. twin wireguard football jigheads with some kind of plastic keeper to be used for fishing grubs and finesse worms. I would generally use these with 3 - 4" grubs, so I am thinking a premium 1/0 or 2/0 hook would work well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
