I have a 93 Tracker and was wondering if folks would advise stripping the carpet off my deck or re lay down the New carpet over the old. What are the pros and cons from yall?

Removal of the old carpet is a must. The new will never stay put.

There are several good companies that are making bed liner material in different colors now there is a cream or white tones available. Don't know if will be a good choice for the flint stone fishers  lo but it is an option for some.

The new alumacraft comes with that flooring and it felt pretty good and not that coarse.

if you do not want carpet thee is lots of stuff better than bedliner to put on a boats deck. Overtons tuff coat will not get hot like bedliner. there is other brands on the market also. two things with bedliner do not work for me, one it gets hot and two it is very slipper when wet. tuff coat has some kind of grit in it.
