Conditions:
- Water levels: High and current
- Water Temps: 89-90
- Outside Temps: Ridiculous  ~sweat  ~sweat  ~sun
- Cloud cover: Light and sparse
- Wind: very, very, light to nonexistent  ~sweat

Had the opportunity to fish the Everglades again today. Arrived at the ramp early at 0 dark thirty. Made a 10-minute run. Right off the bat, I saw that the current was running at a good clip. Of course, I tried top water first. But, the frog and popper never got a sniff!

I have been really working on my bottom game as of late, so I switched things up and threw a heavy t-rig. Working it slowly, I was rewarded with 3 smaller bass in short order.

Decided to make a move and fished an area that has been producing quality bass for me throughout this summer. Fortunately, the spot did not disappoint again!! I stuck to my bottom fishing game plan and managed to catch several chunky bass. The conditions were tough! Sweat was dripping off me all over, but I was honed in on these bass today!  ;)  ~bb Called the trip at around 11:30.
