I love cooking.  Easily on par with my love of bass fishing.

I grew up in a restaurant environment, but I had no desire to make it a living.

So I just cook for myself and my wife.  Oh, amd the senior citizens on my block.

I have no specialty. I can eat something at a restaurant and replicate it. I try to eat real foods, and not deep fry everything:)

oh, i love me some deep fry.  i just keep it to a minimum for health reasons.  i dont want to go down that slippery slope.

great question.  that is chinese Congee, or Jook.  just basically a rice porriage.

I also love to cook. While overseas I learned to cook Country French, Moroccan and Thai. My wife is Italian and taught me some great recipes. With my hillbilly upbringing I still cook wild game, Ozark "comfort" food and smoke almost anything. I have recipes on the forum from "Possum with Plum sauce" to a seafood "Tutto Mare" from the finest Italian restaurant on the "Hill" in Saint Louis.
