Hello Folks! And happy holidays

A bit about me

I am a US citizen but British born and bred
In my teenage days i was a "fishaholic", Carp competition fishing (UK)
Going into the new year i wish to get back in the water

at this point in time i have zero kit, maybe a reel and some lures is about all

I want to buy a boat (probably aluminum) budget 30-35K

Really looking for some ideas and suggestion on almost everything, i promise i am not that needy ha!
