When I first started getting back into fishing I had a cart I used for storage.  Everything except my rods would fit on the cart in its little corner of the basement.  As I started accumulating more stuff my cart expanded to a shelf, then another shelf, then a Rubbermaid tote, then a... Well, you get the picture.  I'm sure I'm not alone in this fight for space with my ever expanding mound of gear so I thought I'd share a little storage idea that I found on a woodworking web site.  I threw these three Rafter/Joist boxes together with one sheet of 4 X 8 X ½" OSB, some scrap 1 X 2's, a few 1/4 inch hex bolts, and some scrap ¼ inch MDF.  My cost for the three boxes was $12.00 or so (plus pegboard and hooks).  This is a great way to make use of any unfinished basement or garage ceilings.  While they are convenient, they are prolly not the best place to store your anvils or spare chop saw blades; for obvious reasons hehehe ouch!  If anyone would like plans just ask here or email me but you can prolly figure our how to make 'em form the pics.

In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.
