you don't need any of our pics. I mean shoot between you, your dad and scott you each have a boat. All 3 go out in sperate boats and you can cover lots of water and I'm sure you can find some fish. I'm going to start charging you for my pics.

This thread needs to be brought to the top and made sticky after the recent encounter I had with Karu/Karl.

I recently made a purchase through Karu and was anxiously awaiting my order in the mail. The order finally arrived and as I was going through the envelope I noticed that one of the items was incorrect. Knowing that this was a complete accident I went ahead and sent Karl an email (actually 3 because I used the forum PM.... Karu website... and then emailed Karl directly) to inform him of the mishap. I'm sure he got tired of all the messages

, but for some reason I don't think they were going through.

Regardless... I received a SUPER QUICK reply from Karl telling me that the misplaced item would be shipped ASAP. I replied to Karl letting him know that I could ship back the incorrect item if he so chose. Karl tells me to not worry about it and again apologizes for the simple error. I wasn't even worried about Karl sending me another item yet he went above and beyond my expectations and basically said "its on us."

Like I told Karl... I have NEVER had such a positive experience. It is little businesses like Karu lures that make fishing so worthwhile. Even the giant outdoor chain stores don't treat you that well at times... and they have a HUGE reputation to live up to. Karu is a single business that reaches out and bends backwards to make the customer happy everytime!

I just wanted to take this time and thank Karu/Karl for all of their professional grade products and service. Without people like them, we would be stuck buying from the chain stores that could really care less about the individual customer. I will be sure to buy from Karl many more times in the future!

Thanks you Karu and Karl for showing us what a fishing company is suppose to be!

not sure you could call that a rant Josh. Sounds like an awesome experience and you are right Karu will go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

This is why KaRu is my favorite company to be a member of their prostaff. Wearing a company name out in the public reflects you as a person and the way that karl and rudy do business make me proud to wear KaRu all around and feel really proud that i am able to be a part of their prostaff and friends with them as well. Hammy you said it the best it should be left at the top of the forum permantely because the service and the people that run the company are top notch and you dont find that many other places

Josh you are so right about KaRu being a top notch product and karl and Rudy being top shelf people too. You won't find much better

Now if eye can just get them to start catching whiskered Bass they will be even better
