Here is a video made from video provided by Scott McGehee.  It was taken at the Southern Open during April of 2012.  It will give you an idea of what Lake Norman looks like from a boat's eye view.

Yeah we have em both; spots and LM's.  There have even been a few smallies weighed in now and then but they are not native to the lake and got washed down from the upriver impoundments or some guys brought them down and released them.

It's a shad and blueback herring lake forage wise and crawfish are real abundant here as well.
