Berkley Trilene Professional Grade Braid

Anyone have any experience with this line? I'm in the market for more braid and wanted to try something different then PP.

Its just another 8 carrier braid. Just like Daiwa J Braid X8, and Sufix 832.

I have used it and I liked it. It seemed very similar to Power Pro in my opinion. I have nothing negative to say about it.

I would normally agree with you 100% butttt...
The Daiwa J braid I used isn't even close to the same as the typical 8 carrier braid.

I have used the tracer version of Berkley Trilene Professional Grade Braid. It was 50lb and seemed very similar in make up, wear characteristics, and knot strength to Power Pro. What I tried was very similar to some Power Pro. Unless on sale really cheap I wouldn't buy it over Power Pro.

There are 2 J Braids. 4X , which is a 4 carrier (like OG Power Pro) and the 8X , which is a 8 carrier (like Sufix 832, Super Slick, etc)

I've used it and like SFL I have nothing bad to say about it. I think it's a pretty decent line.
