I know, I know, peacocks don't do well in cold weather. Providing that it's cold but not cold enough to kill them, what's the best tactic for cold weather peacock fishing?

A recent trip to Miami was tough due to the cold weather. We managed 1 dink on a lipless crankbait fished a little slower than usual.

They are deep. Best bet is deep around bridges with live bait.

Area's with deep water don't fluctuate as much as shallow bodies of water.  Peas will often die-off in shallow weedy areas.  After a cold spell find areas, usually man made, that have deep pockets.  The survivors will usually be ready to eat after the fronts and the sun is back out for a day or two.
