Got the boat out today got on the lake and the TM stops working. Check the inline fuse thats on the TM wiring of battery the end of the glass fuse is broke off . so I commonder a gum wrapper and finish the day on the lake . I know not the best idea but I'm pretty sure it was just the fuse and not a short somewhere .

My question is does anyone know what size fuse would normally go there. It's a 24 volt motor. I was thinking maybe a thirty amp , But not sure.

The inline fuse is the only one I'm aware of. Mine says 50Amp.

I've got a 1995 Champion it has a in line fuse holder that takes a regular Buzz or glass fuse . After doing a little research in just ordered a waterproof circuit breaker with a manual reset  . That should take care it.

Thanks for the pics.

I was curious as I have a motorguide too. If there is/was another fuse I wanted to know! I have had to reset that inline fuse before but it's been a while.

Yep, a breaker type is better. I think my breaker is a 50amp.
