Has anyone fished the lake lately. Trying to mix it up and take my son to some new waterways.

My buddy had the best day of his life a few weeks ago on the north end. He got into the shad spawn and caught them on every cast. He said that they easily caught over a hundred. But that was then. I know that the lakes have been receiving a ton of pressure and fishing tough because tournament season is about to crank up.

Yeah, I know that Bassmaster is gearing up for a tournament in the beginning of February.

I forgot that the local tournaments will be following. 😂
