Small Electronic depth finder cover > Humminbird Piranha Max 4 style

Greetings to everyone,

I have (2) Humminbird Piranha Max 4 depth finders in my G3 1548 Alwed Jon Boat.  One is mounted on bow and the other is mounted at the rear deck area.



Over the years I've looked around for a cover to put over the depth finders when traveling and when in storage.  They don't make a cover for the screen so after tinkering around I made one.  I took a lunch meat tubberware container and tinkered around with it.


It fits right over the screen and its not too tight.  It provides protection for the screen.  I painted it white and took a small strap to help keep it secured to the equipment.


I'll take it on a short road trip to see how it handles the road and wind.
