Glitter from your sister or craft stores will not likely stand up to the heat you need to melt plastic. Ive had glitter catch fire on me. If you try it make sure you stir it frequently and dont let it clump up

That giltter will cause a HEAP-O-TROUBLE. Craft glitter will bleed color, curl, and sometimes cause fire if you heat the plastic in a microwave. Only use glitter from a place that sells the plastic and molds for pouring. I shorted out and fried a microwave with craft store glitter one time.

action is right, i learned the hard way, i had worms with a bunch of white stuff..........all the color came off the glitter and bled into my plastic..........i was extremely  ~rant when this happened because i bought quite a bit of the stuff.........now the kids make "Art" with it, along with getting it all over my house!

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

Pyrex measuring cup and a mirowave. put the plastisol in the pyrex measuring cup, melt in a microwave with several 10-15 seond burst then add coloring, glitter, scents. stir well and use the measuring cups spout to pour the plastics in the mold. Wipe the spout after each pour with a folded paper towel.
