Rowdy, Got a Question For Ya?

It's about my 1987 Force 125. She idles great but when you get her around 5000 she hesitates a little and it should have more power. The over heat buzzer went off after a while. I'm going to buy a water pump kit for it. Would this cause the hesitation and possible power loss. It's spitting out a descent amount of water but it's not a solid flow.

Got an update for you. I just pulled off the plugs and the top plug has a good burn signature. The one below it is wet and not much of a burn signature. The one below that has a good burn signature. The one below that is wet and not much of a burn signature. Could that be a timing thing? It's just odd because it idels so well.
