Red River Revel Bass Classic

Entry forms are out for the 3rd Annual Red River Revel Bass Classic to be held on October 4, 2003.  Forms are currently available at Smith Marine, Travis Boating Center, Red River Revel Office, Bacon's, and Clark's. The tournament is limited to the first 100 entries. This is a two man team event, the cost is $120 per team and $10 per boat for big bass. Anglers must launch from Clark's Marina and trailer to the Revel, via the Clyde Fant Parkway. The weigh-in will start at 4pm on the riverfront stage. Free Revel passes will be given out to participating anglers, so their  family may watch the weigh-in without having to pay to enter the Revel site.
Fishing times are 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. You may launch at anytime, but cannot begin fishing till 6:30 am. Parking and security will be provided for your rigs until 10 pm if you wish to take-in the Revel with the family. If you have any questions or need an entry form contact  J. R. Thanks to all who sponsored, fished, and helped with the weigh-in for the Red River Revel Bass Classic. 46 teams competed for a total payout of $9310. The top twenty received checks.

Big Bass went to Bobby Steward for $460, as an added bonus Bobby's fish will be placed in the tank at Bass Pro Shops.
