They say Naci is up and so is Lopez and Santa Margarita.  Just not sure how much they are up.  Where is Mike, I haven't seen any post in a long time.

Tom, Stan   How did you to finish the day.  I saw the live feed but what were the standings

calincalif50

Lopez 56% full as of today, Santa Margarita 86% as of 5 Feb, Naci is at 34%   all are still rising from the rain last friday

SBCO water auth says Cachuma is at 84%, its about 733 feet, 23 feet from the top of the spill way.

First let me tell you it was terrible conditions out there, wind blowing around 30 with some gust in 50 range, non stop rain all day to boot.  My main pattern was off shore structure and with the wind it was next to impossible to fish that way.  I came in 6th and qualified for the regional with 3 fish for 7.2lbs and Tom had 2 fish for 3.5lbs and came in 12th I think he missed the cut by less than a pound.  I think only 2 limits came in out of 40 boats or so.  It was tough out there but I knew the bite would be since it has been for the last month or so, I figured 10lbs would take first and you would need at least 7 to qualify.  Hopefully Tom qualifies out at Naci!

And to add to that both of us got rain down the front of our jackets and I know for myself fished with wet pants and wet feet for the majority of the trny.......it was very cold once you got wet.

TomG

Are you fishing any of the trny's at Margarita this month??  Have you been out there lately?

calincalif50

I KNOW TRI-VALLEY IS HAVING ONE AT S.M. THE 27TH, IF IF FISH IT IT WILL BE JUST ME, I DON'T HAVE A PARTNER FOR THE TRI-VALLEY CIRCUIT.  STILL DON'T KNOW THE COST PER BOAT

WILL WAIT AND SEE HOW THAT PANS OUT, BUT WOULD LIKE TO GO UP THERE THIS WEEKEND OR THE WEEK BEFORE THE TRNY.  STILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY RAM MOUNT BEFORE I CAN DO ANYTHING

skeeterchris

Mike and I paid 120 for the tournament. But I think that was dues also. I think Mike and I are going to fish the one at S.M not sure yet.

calincalif50

Dean and I talked it over again and we decided to do the Tri_Valley as much as we can, so we are in for the 27th at S.M..  Hope to see you there.  April 19 - 24 the've decided to send me to a class for the job I've been doing now for 5 yrs, in NJ so that week will be very compressed with the TDY and the fishing on the saturday at Lopez for TriVal

TomG

Chris,

Are you and Mike doing the Tri-Valley trny this Weekend?
