Today was the memorial service for Bo Callison who was a friendly yet strong member of the Northeastern North Carolina Bass Federation.  While Albemarle Bass Masters has lost a true brother and loyal member, I also feel that the Federation has lost an honest and reliable source of camaraderie and fellowship.

At today's service, Don Richards gave a moving eulogy for Bo that was funny, emotional and retrospective of Bo's life.  We, the Albemarle Bass Masters, greatly appreciate Don's effort and strength to share his thoughts with us.  Thank you, Don.

Following Don's eulogy, several people shared interesting anecdotes about their personal relationships with Bo.  It gave everyone a chance to laugh and remember the good times we had with him.  Many of us, both in our club and in the Federation, will truly miss a good friend and competitive angler called Bo.

We were very thankful for the wreaths and flowers provided by Elizabeth City Bass Masters and from friends within the community.  The memorial service had many members of other local clubs represented and it was great to see such a show of support, and we thank you.

On a personal note, the Albemarle Bass Masters lost a good friend and certainly a leader within our organization.  It is with heavy heart and flowing tears that we say goodby.  We love you, Bo.
