My baits for the booth mught be a no go

i was reading on my bait pouring forum and somebody had said that there was license that you had to get to sell the baits, as well as, some kinda of tax. i will try to look into it a little bit more. I dont plan on making this a business so if i have to buy licenses and pay taxes i prob wont sell any at the booth. it just wouldnt be cost effective and seems like a bigger hassle than i thought. i will try to find that article again to find out more info.
