The few "very few" times I did this with my 929 I just used the float connection.  It clips to the tie down points on the back of the boat, one each side has a float in the back and a rig or clip to connect to the tow rope.  I know BPS sells a ski pole that mounts in the rear deck; goes in the hole for the seat and has brace bars that attach to two other locations on the back of the boat.

You will also want to get a ski prop, one that will handle the load, get you up on pad and keep water pressure up while running.  With the fishing prop you will have to lug the motor to keep the speed down and that will lower your water pressure and over work your motor.
