2013 UBCS Atttendance

I need to start getting confirmed attendance numbers together so we can start planning sleeping arangements and food preparation. I will start another thread regarding Saturday nights meal that we (TCTC) are responsible for.

Currently we have 5 cabins reserved (sleeps 6 per)...

Please post your name and partners name to this thread, as well as if you are bringing a significant other. Right now we are looking at between $50-$60 or so per person for lodging.

Gail and I will be there. We already have a cabin reserved / Paided for already from the 27 Feb - 4 Mar.

Nathan its being held out of NorthToledo Bend State Park 2 - 3 Mar.

Dam, I've got a club tourney that weekend on Cedar Creek. I'll talk to BassSacker, maybe we will blow that one off and go to TB instead.

We haven't broken it down yet but it is going to be in the $35 dollar range.

I'm sure I missed it but what are the dates and the launch again? My partner and I have a place on the lake unless its a long ways away.. sorry if this is a repeat question!!

Not a problem Daco, the dates are 2-3 March....a lot of us will be there Thursday night to pre-fish Friday. We will launch at safe light from north Toledo bend state park. From what I have read in the past, check in is 30 min prior to launch and weighting is at 1500 on Saturday, 1200 on Sunday.

Friday night the Lock Jaw folks should be cooking up something they ran over on the way to the park!

Seriously, they'll have something delicious going. Saturday night TCTC will be furnishing the food. You're on your own for breakfast and lunch so be sure to bring something.

Just let us know if you need cabin space. See y'all there!

We usually do a big bass pot on Friday for the guys who fish that day.

Has the amount for the food, tournament fee and big bass pot been determined yet?

The tournament fee takes care of everything except the optional big bass pot on Friday which is not a tournament day. The entry fee pays for trophies, big bass for Saturday and Sunday and covers the meal on Saturday. The Friday night meal is prepared by the visiting team and does not cost anything nor does it take away from the entry fee. That was just something that TCTC started and we kept it up through the years. The way I had designed this was $10 from every entry went to big bass ($5 a day), $10 from every entry went to purchasing trophies, and the remainder which should be $15 goes to supply the meal on Saturday. So far it has worked out great every year.

Just a suggestion, but ya'll may want to purchase some Kleenex with that money for the ride home, ya'll gona need it!

You need to make the check out to Twin Cities. Entry fees will be do by midnight on 21 February 2013. Please shoot BassBUFF a PM for mailing instruction...

I will get the rules out this evening or tomorrow for all to view.
