skirt making

Is there any skirt making receipe book out there or can someone help me with what it takes to make a "woops"y shad and a texas craw skirts ,what tabs and brand..thank you

I would assume that "woops"y shad would require gray or blue, chartreuse, and white or pearl tabs the latter could be translucent or opaque. I get my tabs from Janns Netcraft but there are other companies such as Barlowes and fishingskirts.com. I have no idea what texas craw takes.
