Well finally after 2 weeks waiting, I got my boat back. While fishing 2 weeks ago, coming off plane, I hit something. Lower unit had to be rebuilt, and the prop reconditioned. Thank goodness for insurance!!!
I really missed MY BABY. WELCOME HOME!!!!

Mike Noble

Congratulations on getting the boat back.  Having that "empty" spot where the boat should be.....sad, sad feeling  :'(

What did you hit? rock wood? I've trashed a lower unit before ::) I wrecked two boats ::) and blew a top end ::) I know the feeling about being with out a boat. I'm sorry you had to go threw it but it brings back that love you had for your boat when you first got it ;D

Amen, to both posts. I think it was metal, all I know, It sounded solid. What a sickening feeling!

Sickening feeling! Man do I know what you mean, The second you hear it you know it cost you money and you are out a boat for a bit. Glad to hear you are back on the water though!
