May was a good month!

Every week for the last three weeks I've set a new boat record. Started off three weeks ago with a huge girl on a bed, my scale is a little off but she went 4.5-4.7, then a 4.7 smallie during a tournament, finally caught one yesterday that was a hair over 5lbs. Here they are in order!

Well I finished this month with a bang, third tournament ever and I took home big fish and first place. 4.9lb largemouth was big fish!

I wish! I caught my 5th fish 6 minutes before weigh in on a long flat in 7ft of water. There shouldn't have been a smallmouth there, but as soon as my spinnerbait hit the water she inhaled it. I don't know what lead me to that spot, I don't know what made me cast out on that flat, but something made me do it. I don't think I've ever been so happy to catch one fish!
