We had 15 teams show up for this tournament.  Not bad for opening weekend of archery season.  Fishing seemed to be tough for everyone as the Salvaina has moved over most of the lake.

~1 George Perez with 8.82
~2 Corey Dinger and Trent with 8.69
~3 Steve and Jeff with 8.32
BB Robert Thomas with and 3.82

Our next tournament will be on Cross Lake November 6 at the public launch.  Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

I've attached the points sheet to the bottom of Andrew's post above.
15 members showed to enjoy the nice weather, however the bass didn't cooperate as many had hoped.
I had to quit early due to a skin problem. It would have been nice if the Dr. had told me not to be in the sun due to the medication I'm on. What a pain. Word of advice, use bug repellent when working/hunting in the woods and grass. Use something containing DEET. You don't want this CHIT.

OK, so 1st - 5th all had 8 lb something.  :shocking:  With the close weights, and the THIRD drop now included in the points, it really tightened things up.
We have a good battle for 2nd/3rd and an even bigger one for 4th - 8th.
With that said, we only have one more regular tourney in November before our December double points championship. Remember, we will have some door prizes and will be paying out more places for this one.
If I'm available/able, I'm going to work at putting together a little side deal for Saturday and hopefully some burgers or fish for after the tourney on Sunday. Weather permitting.
Great visiting with everyone, and look forward to seeing you all at Cross.
