Guntersville Lake 1 Feb 2017 – The past couple of weeks have been up and down with Guntersville showing some improvement prior to the colder weather starting to move up shallow.  However water temperatures dropped 10 degrees with the return of the cold weather.  Yesterday, Phillip, Gary and I hit the water and caught 29 to 30 fish between the three of us, most looked to be buck-bass with a few descent fish mixed in.  Our fish came primarily on Rattle Traps, Jerk baits and Mussel Crawler Jigs from Tightline Jigs. Water temps range from 48 degrees around the main channel to 52 degrees in the backs of some creeks.  Make those reservations now for the upcoming spring action on Guntersville we're filling up fast...I have days and USCG Licensed guides available...  As always, we supply all fishing gear including Duckett Rods, LEW's Reels, lures, and drinking water at no additional cost you.  We offer a Military Discount and unmatched dedication to making your trip successful and enjoyable.
