Didn't fish, but took the Mrs out for dinner at Red Rock off the lake. Even with the 6" of rain we got last week, lake levels are still down bad. I'd say a good 10-12 feet judging by the rocks. We took a drive around the lake after dark and it looks bad. Docks almost on the dirt.

When I first moved here about 6 years ago, this lake was on point! Not much for LM, but those little Hybrids were everywhere. Since then, they can't keep any water in the lake and the fishing has gone to hell.

This picture doesn't help much, but it does show it some. IF you see the bottom left corner rocks that are lighter colored, that's where the levels should be.

That tells it all doesn't it?  Thanks for the pic. My opinion is that we need about 4 or 5 more large lakes locally around OKC just because of the population count and renewed interest in fishing lately.

Everything around OKC is so overfished and pressured that it's tough to keep them stocked at any size. And I'll tell you this too - it'll be a factor the next time I move. I'm thinking about the Tulsa area or down south close to the Davis area.

I hear Tulsa has some killer LM fishing, but with being kinda new, I don't know much about it. Further south and it gets pretty good.
