Help with batteries

Trolling motor battery is dead. Its a 12 volt 24ms Interstart.   Thinking of replacing with a Optima 12 volt 34 blue top.   Motor battery is a 12 volt 27ms Interstart.  Thinking of replacing with a Optima 12 volt 34 blue top.  Am I over doing it?   Optima are on sale till end of today 30% off at Pep Boys.

Just my opinion buy I'll paraphrase the old adage and say it's always better to have more battery and not need it then to need it and not have it.

Paul you did the right thing and like Smallie said better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Isn't that how we wind up with so much unused fishing baits

The optima Blue Top 34 series is a stout battery and should serve you a long time.
