lowrance Hook7x thripleshot

anybody have lowrance hook7x tripleshot. I am having trouble with screen going black. Worked fine for 3 months then it would be working and then go black with white pin dots on the screen. If i take off battery and re power it would work awhile than go to black screen again. It is a 1o minute ordeal several times a day. On own battery. Any ideas
