Got the new X 18 out again today only this time did more fishing instead of mostly riding and it seems to know how to catch a fish after all. Tide was high early and falling hard until just after noon when it slowed. Partly to mostly cloudy skies, air temps mid 80's, water temp 73-76 and slightly stained to clear. Early bite was slow but steady on a white spinner mainly but after the tide slowed and turned back in the bite really picked up on a DOA shrimp fished slow and a little deeper to start and then almost skipping across the water. A 50+ fish day but only 12 that were over the 12" limit and the biggest only about 1.5 pounds but its sure fun when you get bit on almost every cast for a while. Man its good to be back on the water again.
