Another cool, clear day and a slow bite for me. 5 small keeper bass and about that many shorts with all but 1 on the Carolina rig lizard. Water temps 51-53 degrees, air temps 42 at launch 65 at take out, visibility of 1-2' and very low tide(-.7') with slow rise after noon. Fish were on the deeper edges in the creek in 10 to 15' usually near a bayou or small drainage. Tried several bayous of the creek that usually produce for me this time of year without any success so I stayed deep. Not a bad day but not what I expect for this time of year size wise.
Retired and loving every minute of it!
