Newbie from Colorado

Long time fly fisherman, deep sea and now I am throwing my hat in the ring for some bass fishing.  Bought a new boat and getting my feet wet.  Fish are fish and they have their habits but this is a whole lot different than nymphing out of a drift boat or from a wade.  Anyhow, hope to learn from ya all and will contribute what I can without slinging too much BS.  BTW, these electronics and trolling motors could damage a checking account.  I'm recently retired and have to be careful.  Ha, who am I kidding, I see it, I want it, I buy it.

Congrats on the new boat purchase and your entrance to the wonderful and sometimes frustrating world of bass fishing.  From everything you said it looks like you will fit right in around here.
