My doctor says I've recovered enough to go into a high intensity program.  Starting Tuesday, I will be working out 5 hrs./day for 3-4 weeks. They are hoping to jump start my body into better shape. I will be working with a neural specialist who will try to get dormant nerves firing again.

I sure hope works Wiz. I hate hearing you're having so much trouble. I have to go see my specialist tomorrow as these days of fishing are getting much harder to recover from.

Good luck with the work outs.  That almost sounds like you're going back to work.
It's amazing what they can do with and to the body.
Enjoying retirement in the great Pacific Northwest.  I've turned into a fair weather angler.  Why do it today when I can do it tomorrow?

Good luck and hope for a speedy recovery and it goes as you hope!

I appreciate the help given by the good men and women on UB. It will take a couple of weeks for the specialist to get nerves working and the kinks out of the body. I'm not looking to be Superman again or even close to what I was. I just want the body to be usable. Take the burden of helping me off my wife and be able to have a little enjoyment.
