Advice on starting a new club in south central ohio

I have talked to a few guys at work about getting a bass club going here in Sabina/Clinton county Ohio. 
My though is to have 5 boaters 5 non beaters. To fish lakes within an hr to 1 1/2 hrs away from sabina once a month from mid April to late September. Would like to have a boat launch at 5 - 6 am,  running 8 hr tournaments. 1 monthly meeting 2 or 3 weeks before the tournament.  Monthly dues $20 for end of yr awards an to help with banquet.  $10 ea tourney with a $5 big bass side pot.   What do you guys think and any suggestions on getting this done?

Sorry I haven't seen this sooner but I think you nailed it. Clubs always evolve. It's getting the first 10 or so going.
