I made out like a fat rat this year. A little pic heavy but it was hard to fit everything I photo but I tried.

1st up everything my son got me.
Then the blessing nats sent me.
Then I tried to get it ALL in one shot
Then just a few closeups to show some details.

The Savage Gear Wake/Swim baits and those Phenix Vibrator jigs have some interesting features. And the rod sleeve with the matching green trim to go with the Fury rod was a nice touch!

They are from a Chinese company called WLure.

Their baits are decent and they have them on sale all the time.

I usually buy a variety of their crankbaits on sale anywhere from 99 cents to 2 bucks each. I use them more as search baits not only for fish but early in the year to find where the grass is still brown and where it's starting to turn green.

At that price if I snag 'em and lose 'em it's no big loss and as a bonus they actually catch fish!

Me, I got nothing. I came home to my family safe and was welcomed back to my good job (and a fishing trip with Capt Lou

), that was my gift. I did go out and spend quite a bit on my neices and nephews though. Like a new Zebco Rhino 33 combo for my nephew to go fishing with me.

Linda gave me a bilge heater and a 53" Yolotek PowerStick bundle.

Since my garage isn't heated and not knowing how the new lithiums handle extended freezing temps, I rigged up a special thermostat with a 100 watt incandescent light bulb to keep my bilge and battery compartment above freezing during cold snaps. It has actually worked fairly well, but not that safe. This bilge heater is designed and approved for the purpose.

The best Christmas gift was seeing the Adopted Families reactions.

. Tried thier hooks and A-Rigs too jsut to try them out. If they suck, and least I didnt spend 3x as much to find out they sucked.

You're gonna want to swap the trebles that come on the baits out to your brand of choice.

I had a couple of their A-rigs about 5 or 6 years ago but I never got to use them because of our lead laws and only 2 hooks allowed on the rig.

Interested to hear your thoughts on them once you put them to use.

I got several gift cards and my new hard to get DT-8s made it in!! Going to LOVE those. Best gift was putting together 2 huge boxes of lures(hards and soft) for my 2 cousins(one of whom I got to fish with Christmas eve)!! Their faces were priceless and meant a lot.

My gift this year was the deep pockets of everyone on the site. Being able to raise over $12K for the Adopt A Family was truly amazing and I hope everyone that gave, still got all the holiday presents and cheer they wanted and deserve.

I did get a t-shirt from the boys

Not a lot to go around after making sure the boys had a wonderful Christmas
