As you guys know, I shoot video for my YT channel often, and on my last trip my GoPro Hero 8 Black stopped working. Dead. 0 signs of life. Since the camera was still under warranty I reached out to GoPro for help. Customer support is open on Sunday's and I communicated with them I would like to have them call me. No sooner than I hit send, my phone was ringing.
After sending GoPro some information they requested, (proof of purchase and vendor info) the GoPro representative informed me that my GoPro 8 black was legacy camera and there was a possibility that they weren't going to be able to help me. Well,,, to my surprise, GoPro reached out today to inform me that they are sending me a new GoPro 9 Black.
