Humbling, frustrating, gorgeous day! Lol!!
Arrived at a COLD ramp at 0 DARK Thirty. Was not in a rush to launch. Took my time setting up while sunrise came along.
Water temps were in the mid-60's outside temps were in the lower 50s. Wind was light from the North.
Made a short run to my one and only area of the day. Caught a decent bass with in 10 casts, and that was it the rest of the outing. Seriously.

Spent the rest of the trip talking to myself like a crazy person because there were bass all over!! Just couldn't get them to bite. Threw all kinds of lures and techniques at them. Nothing!
Saw recently hatched bass fry several times. As well as several nice pairs of bass, but nothing, zero, nada!!
Called the trip at around 1130, feeling defeated.
Gorgeous day, but it was a brutal, frustrating, fishing day.
Thanks for reading.
