Went out with my good friend JJ this morning. Arrived at the ramp at 0 dark thirty. This was a recon outing for us, and I have been looking forward to fishing this spot for years!

The blue bird skies and high winds were a concern for me, but fortunately, I managed to put together a decent swim bait pattern that yielded me several nice bass. We estimated an 18.5-19lb bag. Not bad.  ;)







The morning bite was pretty good, but it tapered as the afternoon approached. We called the trip around 12 pm. We both managed to put together successful patterns and boated 56 bass.  :shocking:

I am looking forward to learning more about this area in the future. @ JJ as always brutha thank you for the invite!! Learned a lot today!!  ~beer~
