this is my second year going with my brother.  he has a conference in Dallas, so i just fly there and jump into his truck.  i had a great time (last year)and left a few rods with him over the holidays that he can bring for me as Texoma Rods.   i will bring a travel rod i just bought to test out before taking it to Brazil.  other than that,a bag of baits/lures and my reels stuffed into old socks and it is all carry on luggage.    friends meet us there with an RV!!  i show up, hat in hand, and eat all their foods.  hahah

i did buy baits from Japan for everyone.  and if i have time, i'll buy some knives.  i'll buy as much beer as i can fit into my brother's cooler ( i dont drink anymore). 

i cant wait.  funnest shore fishing trip EVER.
