I will see if I can get a WOT picture of him in it this weekend.  WOT may not be obtainable,  but maybe I can get close.  At 80 plus mph,  I won't have a but a second to get a picture and running him down to get it will be impossible,  but I will try.

How did it do?  Did you open it up and see what it would do?

I am jealous,  that is one fine looking boat.

quick notes:

as Wiz said, this sled will turn on a dime and will give you back 8 cents.  Ridiculous capability!!

Speed -- with a 23 pitch bravo had it to 73 EASY.  its wild how the bow lift, especially if you punch it about 55 MPH.  Quickest boat to 70 I have ever been in.  63 - 65 feels like a good cruise and you dont realize you are going that fast.  Its like the boat has great air under it and with the right trim it just keeps and stays on Pad.  not hard to overtrim but i think that will come with seat time.

ride -- it rides as good as the PHX.  It feels different but its not a bad different.  it basically rides on top of the waves.  No slapping.  Had some good crosswinds.  Simple to navigate.  no major rough water but i suspect it wont be an issue.

Welcome to the Bass Cat family. Top notch craftsmanship.

Nobody has ever built a finer boat than the Pierces. Period.

But man, everybody wants to pick on Randy (and me)...

Bass Cat can give you the best warranty in the business because no one needs to use it. The Puma changed a little over the years. My 2006 Puma had under seat tanks, far forward fishing position and lighted handrails. The boat was designed for pitching/flipping by older anglers. Everything was designed to soften the jolt of waves on rough water. It didn't sell as well as thought because the Cougar, a less expensive boat on the same hull, ran 2-3 mph faster. Today, the early Puma sells at a premium if in decent condition.  Rough water is an almost normal occurrence during boating season on many popular fishing lakes. Anglers are more willing to lose 2-3 mph at WOT to avoid back surgery.

Agreed, the little things make a big difference.  For example, the way it trailers is incredible in and of itself.

haha, the joke was only really about the constant click bait Randy produces.  Yes i use FFS, but mostly because I work and dont have days to follow them around.  Makes me more efficient.  the YT algorithm seems to impact content creators to most and viewers to a less severe degree.  Its crazy, and Randy even talks about this very thing -- the topics which might normally be a good How to video get lost in the sauce and not viewed versus the click bait titles.  Hopefully...eventually everyone will get back to the whys and hows and not worrying about whos skirt got blown up on MLF of Bass Opens last week.  But I cant blame the guy for doing it -- but the constant influx wears on people.  The classic chicken and egg.

Now, as for your channel, I watch pretty much everything you put out.  You are a straight up honest and dont talk about the same thing with a new click bait title.  So keep being Dale - i really enjoy your stuff

I believe, but could be wrong, is the reason the STS series came out.  Put the tanks back in back but still have an amazing ride.  The ride was my number 1 worry going from the PHX to the Puma STS.  So far, extremely impressed.

and yes, the BCB team is "do it once and do it right the first time" -- I can get behind that for sure. Heck I even talked to Rick himself -- good people
