Lock Jaw Bass Club soon to be Inc.

Started the paper work on our incorporation, and we should hear something soon. A new Board of Directors was formed for the incorporation. Those on the Board are: Jared LeBlue, Sean Richard, and Bobby Kibodeaux. The board was formed to handle any business dealing with the incorporation and the oversee the day to day business of the club. We will still have a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, also two weighmasters. The Board of Directors is seperate from those positions. Everything will be covered at the next meeting.

Rattle are you still going to give us a copy of the rules? I was looking forward to comparing them

Laurie yes I will. We have our first meeting of the year and Christmas party on the 17 of this month. I will get all the revised bi-laws and rules and post them at that time. I was surpose to do it last meeting but we had a couple of unresolved issues and plus we were also waiting for our LLC to go through.

I would like to post the regular club rules on the main site in the Bass Club Resource area if at all possible. I am going to try to collect several different examples to add there for new clubs to help with starting a club or re-forming thier existing rules. Oh and by the way it is up I have to add the other things that I have to it but it is finally a real area

Once I get them posted you can pick and chose or put all of them on the main site. I'm kinda hoping all the clubs will follow. It will be interesting to see the differences between the clubs.

Thank you, I will be adding the rules from the old "The CLub" site as well as those of the TCTC and I think that there are also some that I still have from the other clubs that we have both been involved with. I think that once I have a chance to work on it some it will be a neat little area of the site.

I agree. I think it's going to help existing clubs as well as those just starting up.

I hope so. We had a club email me today for more information on a board for their members and I am really excited about adding some more clubs to the site. I really think that we could have a great community here with a little work
